Use of Firebase Services

We use Firebase services from Google to provide the following functionality:

• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM): To send real-time notifications to your devices
• Firebase Authentication: To help manage authentication and security
• Firebase Realtime Database: To store and synchronize data in real-time

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We may share your data only with trusted service providers (such as Firebase by Google) strictly to operate our services. We do not share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We retain your personal data as long as your account is active. After account deletion, data will be permanently deleted within 30 days unless retention is required by law. We may retain some data for legal, security, or dispute resolution purposes.

As we use Firebase services from Google, your data may be processed and stored on secure servers operated by Google in different countries. By using our application, you consent to the transfer of your data to these servers. We ensure that all transfers are conducted in accordance with high security standards.

Our application is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 years of age. If we discover that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete that information immediately. Account Deletion

You have the right to delete your account at any time. When you delete your account, most of your personal data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. We may retain some data where retention is required by law (such as financial or legal records).

How to Delete Your Account:

1. Open the app and log in to your account
2. Navigate to your profile page or account settings
3. Look for the "Delete Account" or "حذف الحساب" option
4. Enter your current password to verify your identity
5. Read the warnings carefully and confirm that you want to permanently delete your account

Important Note: Account deletion is a permanent action and cannot be undone. All your data will be deleted including your poll votes, survey responses, subscriptions, and profile information. If you need help deleting your account, please contact us.
